Purpose: · To sensitize and inform people living with HIV/AIDS both male and female about the hazards of HIV/AIDS and STIs. · To create opportunities for the provision of enhanced social support of people living with HIV/AIDS, including the reduction of stigma and discrimination against them. · To establish a facility equipped with counseling services for HIV/AIDS, STIs and Sexual Health related problems. · To provide referral services for HIV/AIDS, STIs and Sexual Health Related problems. · To concretize and inform people living with HIV/AIDS and other target vulnerable groups about human rights issues related to RH & HIV/AIDS. · To provide IEC material developed by different agencies and departments in order to boost ups the awareness process to people living with HIV/AIDS and their families. · To organize seminars for sensitization of various stakeholders about HIV/AIDS. · Capacity building of at least 25 people living with HIV/AIDS and representatives of other stakeholders through training workshops. · To provide social and material support to people living with HIV/AIDS for strengthen and develop care and support mechanisms.

·Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior and Practices (KABP) Study report (existing knowledge, attitudes, behavior and practices regarding school youth rights, reproductive health, STIs, HIV/AIDS and vulnerabilities. ·Advocacy materials on youth rights, STIs and HIV prevention will made available to parents, children and all stakeholders from various walks of life on youth issues, rights, reproductive health, STIs and HIV/AIDS ·Development of community organization by identification of key influential/stakeholders in project area for liaison purposes ·Awareness Raising/capacity building Campaign ·50 trained and skilled peer educators/change agents or young leaders for further dissemination of knowledge and skills ·500 school going youth male/female are sensitized, trained and motivated ·25 trained school/madras’s teachers. ·Database, Networking and Referral system development ·Establishment of drop in center and made it functional for youth.
