Expected Outputs: · Increased Knowledge and Practicing of HIV Prevention including use of High quality STIs services in the targeted area. · Increased accessibility and use of condom. · Strengthened capacity to effectively manage HIV/AIDS/STIs. · Increased accessibility to STIs management. |

Purpose: · Bringing behavior change to reduce the risk of HIV infection among Youth. · Reducing the vulnerability of young people to HIV/AIDS · Reducing the prevalence and prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted infection (STIs) both as a public health issue and as part of the effort to reduce HIV transmission. · Reduce the risk of infection amongst the youth through awareness level. · Improving the quality of life and vulnerable youth living with HIV/AIDS through the provision and quality care and support.

Expected Outputs: · KABP Study Report i.e. existing Knowledge, Attitude Behavior Practices regarding out of school youth rights, reproductive health, STIs, HIV/ AIDS through coordination and linkages with stakeholders and target groups. · To increase prevalence of safe behaviors and improve access to services to prevent the transmission of HIV through STIs/IDUs and through transfusion of blood and blood products. · Improved access to services for care and support. · Favorable attitude/improved knowledge of target group including practice of HIV preventive measures · Enabling environment improved by establishing community organization and providing life skill based education. · Capacity strengthening of the peer educators, out reaches workers and other stake holders to effectively manage the prevention of HIV/AIDS and other youth issues.

This will attained Through participatory advocacy. · Built capacity of project staff and regarding field work, HIV/AIDS and STIS. · 12 Peer Educators (3 female and 9 male) Selected and trained regarding field work, HIV/AIDS · and STIS. · Improved knowledge, attitude and behaviour of target group regarding reproductive health · specially HIV/AIDS/STIs. · Provided primary, reproductive health and recreation services to target group and awareness · Increased regarding health related issues specially HIV/AIDS,STIs. · Raised awareness regarding health related issues specially HIV/AIDS,STIs among target · group, other vulnerable groups i.e. .Coal mine workers and truckers, as well as stake holders and · General masses through out door games (sports festivals)
